Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Smartix products and build brand awareness among airport passengers.
• Approach customers, explain product features, and demonstrate usage.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain displays, stock availability, and brand standards.
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with sales and marketing teams.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and promotional guidelines.
• Prepare daily sales reports for account managers.
• Comply with airport security rules and retail operational protocols.
• Maintain a clean and professional sales counter.

Requirements

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• The candidate must be able to engage and influence customers confidently.
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude is required.
• The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment.
• Flexible rotational availability for day, night, and weekend shifts is required.
• Eligibility for airport security clearance and required passes is mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and inventory updates is required.
• Hindi and English proficiency is preferred, and additional multilingual ability is advantageous.

Location and Work Arrangement

• The position is located at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad.
• Work location is in person.

Employment and Compensation

• The job is full-time and permanent.
• The description states a salary of ₹35,000 per month and separately lists pay of ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
