Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's wholesale customer base
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular customer visits, market surveys, and business development activities
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales opportunities
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and after sales support
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and sales forecasts
- Support product launches, trade promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
- Assist in collection follow ups and ensure timely payment from customers
- Build long term customer relationships while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of wholesale sales experience in the Cosmetics Industry
- Strong knowledge of the cosmetics, beauty, and personal care market
- Experience dealing with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, pharmacies, supermarkets, and beauty stores
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Milano Cosmetics Factory, a fast growing cosmetics manufacturer under Millia Group of Companies, is looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive – Wholesale to join our expanding sales team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving wholesale sales, developing new business opportunities, and building long term relationships with distributors, retailers, pharmacies, supermarkets, beauty stores, and other wholesale customers.
