Role Overview
The company is expanding its sales team and seeks an experienced Sales Executive with a record of selling website development and redevelopment projects in the UAE.
This is a hunter role focused on new business acquisition, prospecting, meeting decision makers, and winning new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field sales.
- Identify businesses requiring new websites or website redevelopment.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business objectives.
- Present website solutions, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Build client relationships, meet sales targets and KPIs, and maintain an active CRM pipeline.
- Work with project delivery teams on client onboarding and follow web technologies and digital trends.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum four years of UAE sales experience selling website development or redevelopment projects.
- Proven achievement of sales targets and an existing network of UAE business contacts and decision makers.
- Strong understanding of multiple website types and website redevelopment and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent spoken and written English, presentation, listening, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A UAE driving licence is an added advantage.
Compensation
- The posting lists pay of AED 1,874.81 to AED 7,580 per month.
- The offer includes commission, uncapped earning potential, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities.
