- Prospect, generate enquiries, and negotiate contracts with ship owners, operators, and marine service providers
- Conduct market research and track competitor activity
- Align customer needs with Athen Marine’s lubricants and technical solutions
- Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain strong client relationships and meet or exceed sales targets
- Regular reporting, pipeline management, and participation in industry events and customer meetings
Requirements
- Proven sales, account management, and business development skills in the marine lubricants or related industries within UAE market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to perform market research, analyze sales data, and develop sales strategies
- Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital channels
- Knowledge of marine lubricants, marine engineering, or related technical products is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within UAE and region
