**Social Selling:** Build a professional brand on social platforms to attract corporate clients and individual students.

**Multi-Channel Outreach:** Execute cold calling, personalized video emails, and strategic networking without relying on paid marketing leads.

**Consultative Closing:** Understand the career goals of potential students and map them to WingsWay’s international certifications

**Pipeline Management:** Maintain a rigorous CRM hygiene to track "self-sourced" vs "company-provided" opportunities.

**Revenue Ownership:** Meet and exceed monthly commercial targets with a mindset of "unlimited growth."

**The "Hunter" Mentality:** You find it boring to wait for leads.

**Digital Fluency:** You are a pro at using AI-powered lead gen tools and CRM automation.

**Education Knowledge:** Experience in training industry and job consultancy is preferred but not mandatory.

**Communication:** Exceptional English (Written & Verbal) with the ability to influence C-suite executives and young professionals alike.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in a high-pressure sales environment.

UAE driving licence is mandatory
