FalakCart, a Serajj company, is seeking a Sales Executive for telesales to acquire new merchants and entrepreneurs for its e-commerce SaaS platform. The role involves outbound prospecting, product demos, closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new merchants, entrepreneurs, and online businesses
- Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct product demonstrations and present FalakCart's value to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM
- Build long term relationships with customers and ensure smooth onboarding
- Promote additional services, including digital marketing solutions
- Stay updated on e commerce trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Experience in SaaS, E commerce, or Digital Marketing is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Consultative selling mindset
- Experience using CRM systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic English proficiency
- Self motivated, results driven, and passionate about sales
