Overview

  • Tashwiq Media is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to support our client acquisition through telecalling and business development.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our digital marketing services, identifying business requirements, generating qualified leads, and supporting the conversion process.
  • The company will provide a database of potential clients. Candidates are also encouraged to bring leads through their own network and business connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through telephone calls and follow ups.
  • Introduce and explain Tashwiq Media’s digital marketing services.
  • Understand client requirements and identify suitable service opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with interested clients.
  • Maintain regular follow ups with prospective clients.
  • Update lead status, call details, and client responses.
  • Support the sales team during the proposal and conversion process.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
  • Generate additional business opportunities through personal networks and referrals.
  • Achieve agreed sales and client acquisition targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision makers.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, sales, business development, or digital marketing sales is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle client objections professionally.
  • Strong follow up and relationship building skills.
  • Self motivated and target oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain proper lead records.
  • Fluency in English is preferred. Additional languages will be an advantage.

Compensation

  • This is a commission based position.
  • Commission will be provided for successfully converted clients based on the agreed company commission structure.
  • The company will provide a database of potential clients. Candidates may also generate leads independently and earn commission for clients acquired through their own network.
  • Detailed commission terms, sales targets, and payment conditions will be discussed during the interview.

Preferred Candidate

  • We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, consistent with follow ups, and capable of building genuine business relationships rather than only making sales calls.
  • Candidates with previous experience selling digital marketing, advertising, media, website, or business services will be given preference.
