Role Overview

Sales and Customer Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone or online customers.
• Prepare quotations and process orders.
• Support sales follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer support to keep order statuses updated.
• Resolve stock or delivery issues promptly.

Store and Inventory Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials.
• Organize stock in the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare items for dispatch.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Update stock levels in systems or spreadsheets.
• Ensure proper labeling and housekeeping in the store area.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or counter sales is preferred, particularly in electrical materials or building supplies.
• Skills in inventory management, stock handling, and storekeeping are required.
• Basic computer literacy is required, including spreadsheets, inventory systems, and online ordering platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organized recordkeeping are required.
• Applicants must be able to perform manual handling tasks safely and follow workplace health and safety practices.
• Retail, e-commerce, or UAE trading experience is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; related vocational or technical training is beneficial.

Salary Range

• The listed salary range is 2,500 to 3,500 for Sales Executive.
• The listed salary range is 3,000 to 4,500 for Store Keeper.
