Job Summary
We are seeking a **results-driven Sales Executive** with experience in **shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics** to generate new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of **import/export operations, sea/air freight, and supply chain solutions**.
Business Development
- Identify and develop **new clients** in shipping, logistics, and trading sectors
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market visits
- Achieve monthly and annual **sales targets**
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **corporate clients**
- Understand customer needs and propose **tailored logistics solutions**
- Handle client queries and ensure high **customer satisfaction**
Sales Of Logistics Services
- Promote services such as:
• Sea Freight (FCL And LCL)
- Air Freight
- Customs Clearance
• Warehousing & Distribution
- Prepare **quotations and pricing strategies**
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing
- Identify market trends and business opportunities
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth shipment handling
- Maintain CRM records and prepare **sales reports**
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in:
• Shipping And Freight Forwarding
- Logistics Sales (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Incoterms
- Import/export documentation
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
