Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with and follow up on leads generated from verified marketing campaigns (no cold calling).
- Convert leads into gym memberships and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Handle front of house and reception duties, welcoming members and visitors and managing walk in inquiries.
- Deliver excellent, customer centric service that reflects the Spartan brand.
- Manage and update all leads, contacts, and sales activity using the CRM and gym management application.
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, renewals, and payments through the gym management system.
- Support the daily sales operations and contribute to a positive, team oriented environment.
- Be flexible with shifts, rotations, and working across different branches when needed.
