About the Role
PREMIUM HAIRS is seeking a Sales Executive to visit salons, pitch hair patch fixing services, and build partnerships. The role requires field sales experience, strong communication skills, a UAE driving license, and a car.

Responsibilities
- Visit salons across the assigned city area
- Introduce and pitch our hair patch fixing services to salon owners/managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon partners
- Generate new business and referrals from salons
- Explain pricing, commission structure, and partnership benefits
- Follow up regularly with potential and existing salon partners
- Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales / B2B sales / salon industry preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship building skills
- Must be confident in face to face sales and business development
- UAE driving license is compulsory
- Must have own car
- Comfortable with daily travel and salon visits across the city
- Self motivated, target driven, and professional in presentation
