Responsibilities
- Actively drive sales and generate new business opportunities in the interior fit out, joinery, and interior solutions sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders
- Identify new markets, explore business opportunities, and convert leads into long term clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing deals
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in a professional manner
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management
Requirements
- Proven experience in interior fit out, joinery, or interior design sales is strongly preferred
- Strong existing client network in the UAE market
- Ability to bring in projects and generate business independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
- Target oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure
