The company is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for third-party inspection services.
The role develops new business and manages client relationships for inspection, training, testing, and certification services.

About the Company
Ashtar Security & Safety Consultancy LLC is an EIAC-approved third-party inspection body and KHDA-approved training consultancy.
The company provides inspection, training, testing, and certification services for lifting, access, safety, and industrial equipment.
Its scope includes cranes, forklifts, hoists, cradles, MEWPs, lifting accessories, PPE, scaffolding, and earth-moving equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop customers for third-party inspection, training, and certification services.
- Visit construction companies, contractors, lifting companies, equipment rental companies, and other potential clients.
- Generate leads through calls, visits, networking, and existing business contacts.
- Promote inspection, certification, testing, and related services.
- Maintain client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical and operations teams.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and confirmed jobs.
- Coordinate inspection schedules and required documents with clients.
- Monitor market activity and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service.
Preferred Experience and Requirements
- Proven sales and business-development experience is required.
- Experience in third-party inspection services, especially construction and industrial services, is highly preferred.
- Lifting equipment inspection and certification experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cranes, lifting accessories, scaffolding, MEWPs, forklifts, PPE, or industrial safety equipment is an advantage.
- Existing contacts in relevant construction, lifting, logistics, equipment rental, or industrial companies are an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills are required.
- UAE market experience and a UAE driving licence are preferred or advantageous.
- Candidates should be confident, self-motivated, and able to independently generate business.
Compensation
- The posting states pay of AED 3,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person in Dubai.
