About the Role
LTB Shipping seeks a motivated Sales Executive (Russian Speaker) to join their Dubai team. The role involves developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities in ISO tank logistics, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and international customers
- Identify new business opportunities in ISO tank logistics, bulk liquid transportation, and related services
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings and sales calls, and present company services
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on business opportunities
- Achieve sales and contribute to company growth objectives
- Coordinate closely with operations and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, ISO tank operations, or supply chain services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and eager to learn
