About the Role
Expert Zone LLC is looking for an ambitious Russian-speaking Sales Executive to join their Business Setup Division in Dubai. The role involves consulting clients on UAE business setup, managing sales enquiries, and achieving monthly targets.

Responsibilities
- Consult clients on UAE Business Setup options
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company structures
- Manage sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and meetings
- Build long term relationships with clients
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into successful business registrations
- Work closely with internal operations and PRO teams to ensure exceptional client experience
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
- Keep CRM records updated and organized
- Stay informed about Free Zone and Mainland business setup regulations
Requirements
- Native or Fluent Russian Speaker (English is essential)
- Previous experience in UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently while being a great team player
- Passion for achieving targets and building a successful sales career
