Overview

  • Accomplish business development activities and build market position by identifying, developing, negotiating and closing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
  • Analyze market and market intelligence to identify the company unique selling and pricing propositions and differentiators.
  • Screen potential business deals and turn them into increased business through phone calling or scheduling meetings with prospect clients.
  • Develop and sustain strong customer relationships by making periodic visits and calls to explore specific needs and anticipate new opportunities.
  • Close new business deals by proposing as per client requirements.
  • Prepare and develop sales quotations.
  • Formulate and implement different tools and activities to promote services and attract new clients.
  • Collect and thoroughly document client needs to propose appropriate service.
  • Plan and develop winning technical and financial proposals based on client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze clients’ preferences and requirements to determine focus of sales efforts and actions needed.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through constant follow up regarding their needs and their fulfillment.
  • Achieve the set sales target assigned by the direct manager.

Skills

  • Experience: 3 5 years in similar sales role
  • Candidate should have strong market connections and good sales experience in the construction or robotics sector
  • Negotiation skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
