Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits, presenting technical product solutions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate terms in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and distributors.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven sales skills in B2B or construction related industries, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Technical aptitude to understand construction sealants, glazing solutions, and building applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in construction, building materials, or industrial solutions sector in GCC region highly beneficial.
- Comfortable working on site and conducting frequent client visits across Dammam and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in standard office and CRM tools; valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
