Role Description

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals and bids.
  • Coordinate with design and operations teams to shape tailored wellness facility solutions.
  • Follow up on inquiries to ensure timely responses.
  • Track sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Attend industry events when needed.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless handover from sales to project implementation.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in consultative selling, client relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, sports, hospitality, or related facility solutions.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical and design concepts.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client visits and industry events.
