Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long term relationships with clients and key accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and pipeline activities using CRM
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional sales experience
- Previous experience in the Coffee or Food & Beverage industry is mandatory
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales activities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship building and customer management abilities
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Saudi nationality is required
