- Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Promote and sell salon services, memberships, packages, and retail products
- Recommend suitable beauty and haircare products based on clients' needs
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain product displays and ensure the retail area is clean and well organized
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle billing, payments, and customer inquiries when required
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in a salon, beauty, spa, or retail environment in the Middle East

- We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive / Retail Sales Staff to join our Luxury Ladies Salon in Dubai.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in a salon, beauty, spa, or retail environment in the Middle East
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, haircare, skincare, and salon services
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell products and services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities
