- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Design, configure, and customize CRM solutions based on business needs
- Implement and maintain CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot
- Configure workflows, automation, dashboards, reports, and security roles
- Integrate CRM systems with ERP, websites, APIs, and other third party applications
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues and provide technical support
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance
- Prepare technical and functional documentation
- Train end users and provide post implementation support
- Monitor CRM performance and recommend enhancements
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies
