Job Title: Sales Executive — Real Estate

Rate: SAR 45–80 per hour (depending on experience)

Global Access Ltd. operates in commercial and residential real estate services, facilitating property sales, leasing, and investment advisory across Riyadh and the wider region.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive — Real Estate to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property sales and leasing transactions while achieving sales targets and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through networking, listings, online platforms, and client referrals.
  • Qualify prospects, conduct property viewings, present proposals, and negotiate terms to close sales or lease agreements.
  • Prepare accurate property valuations, comparative market analyses, and sales/marketing materials.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: listings, client presentations, offers, contract administration, and handover coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and external agents.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team targets; submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, open houses, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in real estate sales or property brokerage, preferably in Riyadh.
  • Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good knowledge of local property market, valuation methods, and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-service skills; fluent in English. Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and property listing platforms.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
