Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Ready to Eat product category
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize sales
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase product visibility
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements with customers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in Ready to Eat or food products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Good understanding of retail and HORECA sales channels
- Valid driving license (preferred for field sales)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive – Ready to Eat (RTE) to drive sales and develop new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and food service channels.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in Ready to Eat or food products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Good understanding of retail, and HORECA sales channels
- Valid driving license (preferred, if field sales role)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
