Sales Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and other sales channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Handle leads from initial contact through conversion.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions when required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field .
• Graduate in any discipline.
