Role Overview
The role drives sales growth and strengthens distribution of company products across retail pharmacies.
The position focuses on pharmacy relationships, product availability, sales execution, promotion, market intelligence, reporting, and compliance.
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary sales targets.
- Generate orders from retail pharmacies and ensure execution through distributors.
- Drive focus products and priority brands according to company strategy.
Pharmacy Relationships
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with retail pharmacists and key accounts.
- Address product-related queries, schemes, and availability concerns.
- Maintain pharmacist loyalty through consistent engagement and service quality.
Distribution and Availability
- Ensure product availability in assigned outlets and reduce out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate with distributors and stockists for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels at pharmacy counters.
Promotion and Market Intelligence
- Implement in-store promotional activities, displays, and branding according to guidelines.
- Communicate schemes, discounts, and product benefits to pharmacists.
- Support new product launches through focused pharmacy coverage.
- Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market movements.
- Collect feedback on product performance and customer preferences.
Reporting and Compliance
- Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and expense statements on time.
- Maintain accurate customer data and beat plans.
- Adhere strictly to company SOPs, compliance requirements, and ethical selling practices.
Product Data and Documentation
- Maintain accurate product information in internal systems, including specifications, costing, packaging, claims, and testing records.
- Support SKU setup, item maintenance, and change management.
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready and up to date.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
