Company Description
PetLand Group is a vertically integrated pet-care business spanning retail, healthcare, hospitality, and grooming.
Its brands include Petland Store, Petland Wellness Clinic, Petland Hotel, and Petland Grooming & Spa.
The Group focuses on operational excellence, scalable expansion, and cross-service customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit pet stores, pet shops, veterinary clinics, and other potential B2B customers.
- Promote and sell pet food and pet-care products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase product distribution.
- Follow up on orders, payments, customer requirements, and feedback.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on customer visits and sales activities.
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience in the pet industry is mandatory.
- Experience selling pet food, pet accessories, or other pet products.
- Valid UAE driving licence is required.
- Access to a car and comfort with visiting customers across Dubai and the UAE.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the UAE pet industry and pet store market is advantageous.
