Role Overview

  • The Sales Executive – Personal Leasing will be responsible for driving individual car leasing and rental sales by prospecting new clients, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • This role involves close coordination with rental counters, field sales activities, and identifying partnership opportunities with corporates and institutions.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, customer focused, and driven to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, manage, and close car leasing and car rental sales for individual clients.
  • Promote optional vehicles and value added products to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and renewal business.
  • Coordinate closely with rental counters to ensure leasing enquiries are handled efficiently and promptly.
  • Identify corporates, institutions, and associations and establish tie ups to offer individual leasing solutions.
  • Conduct daily field visits as directed by the Manager to support business development activities.
  • Monitor active and expired contracts, proactively pursuing renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Manager.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 3 years of experience in car leasing, car rental, automotive sales, or a similar sales driven role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
  • Strong coordination and follow up skills to manage enquiries, contracts, and renewals efficiently.
  • Good knowledge of the UAE automotive and leasing market.
  • Ability to conduct field sales activities and manage corporate tie ups.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and results driven.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is required.
