About the Role
House of Elements Fragrances seeks an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of scent marketing solutions in the UAE. Requires 2+ years of sales experience, a valid UAE driving license, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for subscription based scenting solutions and bespoke scent marketing projects
- Conduct prospecting activities through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and lead generation initiatives
- Arrange meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Develop relationships with decision makers across corporate and residential sectors
- Coordinate with technicians regarding machine installations, maintenance schedules, and service requests
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong relationships
- Manage client records, contracts, service schedules, and account information
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services
- Monitor client account status and follow up on payments in coordination with finance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client account management, or customer relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and site visits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for subscription based scenting solutions and bespoke scent marketing projects.
- Conduct prospecting activities through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and lead generation initiatives.
- Arrange meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Develop relationships with decision makers across corporate and residential sectors.
- Coordinate with technicians regarding machine installations, maintenance schedules, periodic fragrance refills, and service requests.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new and existing clients.
- Schedule and monitor service visits to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
- Manage client records, contracts, service schedules, and client account information.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client account management, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow up abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings, site visits, and business development / sales activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Experience in B2B sales, subscription services, hospitality, facilities services, luxury products, scent marketing, or related industries is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,500.00 per month.
