About Us

  • House of Elements Fragrances is a leading provider of premium scent marketing solutions, fragrance diffuser systems, and bespoke scenting projects across the UAE.
  • We help businesses create memorable customer experiences through ambient scenting, signature fragrances, and customized scent marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for subscription based scenting solutions and bespoke scent marketing projects.
  • Conduct prospecting activities through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Arrange meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Develop relationships with decision makers across corporate and residential sectors.
  • Coordinate with technicians regarding machine installations, maintenance schedules, periodic fragrance refills, and service requests.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new and existing clients.
  • Schedule and monitor service visits to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
  • Manage client records, contracts, service schedules, and client account information.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client account management, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow up abilities.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings, site visits, and business development / sales activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Experience in B2B sales, subscription services, hospitality, facilities services, luxury products, scent marketing, or related industries is preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,500.00 per month.
