Responsibilities
- Promote and sell vehicle repair, maintenance, and garage services
- Receive customer inquiries and explain service options and pricing
- Prepare service quotations and estimates
- Follow up with customers regarding repairs, maintenance schedules, and service approvals
- Develop relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of customers, quotations, and sales activities
- Identify opportunities for additional services and upselling
