Oakland is seeking a Sales Executive for Odoo ERP solutions in Sharjah. The role involves identifying business opportunities, presenting Odoo ERP solutions, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Present and demonstrate Odoo ERP solutions to potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable business solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
- Maintain and strengthen long term relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with the implementation team to ensure smooth project handovers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep up to date with Odoo products, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience in sales
- Proven experience in Odoo ERP sales or ERP solution sales
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target driven with a confident and proactive personality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Candidate must currently be based in the UAE or GCC
- Experience in technology or software sales will be an added advantage
