Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls and follow up on inbound leads with confidence
- Pitch AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) packages and core services — AC, plumbing, carpentry, handyman, fitout
- Handle objections smoothly and know when to move pricing conversations to WhatsApp/in person
- Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients across JVC, Al Barsha, Dubai Marina, and Business Bay
- Work closely with the marketing team to convert social and community leads into real deals
- Track daily outreach and report results clearly — no fluff, just numbers and next steps
- Represent the Msakin name with energy, professionalism, and a bit of hustle
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of sales experience, ideally in real estate, fitout, maintenance, or a related service industry
- Confident, persuasive communicator — English required, Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a strong plus
- Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
- Self starter who can manage a pipeline without being micromanaged
- Based in or willing to work across Dubai (UAE driving license a plus)
- Bonus points if you already know the Dubai property/fitout market

Role Description
- We're looking for a Sales Executive who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a community, and turn a 'maybe' into a signed AMC contract
- You'll be the front line — generating leads, running cold calls, following up on inquiries, and building relationships that keep clients coming back year after year
