Responsibilities

  • Drive in store sales by actively engaging customers, understanding their mobile needs, and recommending suitable devices and plans.
  • Master product knowledge of the latest smartphones, accessories, and service plans to provide expert advice and solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective upselling, cross selling, and customer relationship building.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive post sale experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system and manage inventory levels for mobile devices and accessories.
  • Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor, ensuring product displays are up to date and appealing to customers.
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to identify sales opportunities and adapt strategies.
  • Build rapport and loyalty with customers by providing exceptional service and follow up support.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
