Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry research
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long term partnerships, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Market Analysis: Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities for business expansion
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to management to support business growth strategies
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative and project management teams to ensure proposals and service offerings align with client expectations

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within a creative, marketing, or technology environment
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Organization: High level of organization and time management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage leads and track sales performance
  • Self Motivated: A high energy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the advertising, media, or event management industry
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions and creative service offerings
  • Established network of professional contacts within the region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation

  • Pay: QAR2,500.00 QAR3,000.00 per month
