- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to management
- Coordinate with creative and project management teams to ensure proposals and service offerings align with client expectations
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- High level of organization and time management
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 1 year of media experience (Required)
- Valid driving license (Required)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry research

- Market Analysis: Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Strategic Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to management to support business growth strategies
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative and project management teams to ensure proposals and service offerings align with client expectations
Requirements
- Sales Experience: 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within a creative, marketing, or technology environment
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Organization: High level of organization and time management, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to manage leads and track sales performance
- Self Motivated: A high energy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the advertising, media, or event management industry
- Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions and creative service offerings
- Established network of professional contacts within the region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Compensation
- Pay: QAR2,500.00 QAR3,000.00 per month
