Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive & Marketing professional to promote and grow our coffee brand.
The candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background and good knowledge of the coffee industry.
Key Responsibilitiessales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (cafés, restaurants, hotels, distributors, and retailers).
- Promote and sell company coffee products including roasted and green coffee beans.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for order fulfillment.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns to promote the coffee brand.
- Manage social media platforms and online promotions.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, coffee events, and product demonstrations.
- Develop promotional materials and marketing content.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities.
- Build brand awareness through partnerships and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- **Strong background and experience in the coffee industry is required.**
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (coffee/FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of UAE market and HoReCa sector preferred.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
