- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote and sell concrete products such as kerb stones, blocks, interlocks, and paving stones
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with company credit policies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Experience in sales of concrete products or similar construction materials
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
