Responsibilities
- Conduct B2C sales through tele sales and direct customer interaction to achieve sales targets
- Prepare proposals and close deals with travel agents and hotels for B2B sales
- Travel within Dubai to meet clients and promote products and services in hotels and travel agents
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Operate from assigned outlets, engaging directly with customers
- Resolve issues related to activity, cancellations, or client complaints efficiently
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and analyze campaigns
Requirements
- 5+ years of tele sales experience with direct customers
- 5+ years of outdoor B2B sales experience in tourist activity
- Valid UAE driving license
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English speaker
- Speaking Arabic preferred

- This role involves traveling within Dubai to meet clients, promote our products and services in hotels and Arrangement meeting with travel agents for B2B business
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Operate from assigned outlets, engaging directly with customers
- Problem Solving: Resolve any issues related to Our activity, cancellations, or client complaints efficiently and professionally.

- Proven indoor and outdoor sales experience
- Tele sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication with customers
- Good organization and planning skills
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals while building long term relationships with customers and all agents
