Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the corporate sector (seasonal gifting, events, client rewards) and the HORECA channel (hotels, fine dining restaurants, cafes, and catering).
  • Actively generate leads through networking, cold outreach, market research, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with corporate clients, hotel F&B managers, chefs, and procurement teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from the initial pitch and negotiation of contracts to closing deals and ensuring timely delivery and payment collection.
  • Promote and present the luxury chocolate portfolio to clients, conducting product tastings and samplings to drive product adoption and sell through.
