We are looking for a

results-driven Sales Executive

to join

Khalid Al-Dhafer Logistics (Kdl Logistics)

and play a key role in driving business growth in the logistics sector.

This role is focused on

new business development

, targeting professionals who can generate clients, build a strong pipeline, and close deals in a competitive market.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that drive real value.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a strong

Book Of Business (Bob)

  • , delivering consistent revenue growth
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients (factories, importers, and trading companies)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with targets and KPIs
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track pipeline performance and maintain accurate sales reporting
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum
  • 2–3 years of experience in logistics or freight sales
  • Proven ability to
  • generate leads and close deals
  • Strong understanding of logistics services (transportation, customs clearance, freight)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Existing network in the logistics market is a strong advantage
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
