We are looking for a
results-driven Sales Executive
to join
Khalid Al-Dhafer Logistics (Kdl Logistics)
and play a key role in driving business growth in the logistics sector.
This role is focused on
new business development
, targeting professionals who can generate clients, build a strong pipeline, and close deals in a competitive market.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that drive real value.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a strong
Book Of Business (Bob)
- , delivering consistent revenue growth
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients (factories, importers, and trading companies)
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with targets and KPIs
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track pipeline performance and maintain accurate sales reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics or freight sales
- Proven ability to
- generate leads and close deals
- Strong understanding of logistics services (transportation, customs clearance, freight)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Existing network in the logistics market is a strong advantage
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
