Regional Sales Executive responsible for business growth in the reefer logistics division across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.

This is an individual contributor role covering new client acquisition, client retention, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the Sales Head.

The stated locations are Bangalore and Coimbatore, with travel across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
The role requires client visits across the assigned region for business meetings and relationship management.
Work location is in person.

Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across FMCG, seafood, dairy, quick commerce, pharmaceutical, and other cold-chain categories.
Drive revenue through spot-market opportunities and long-term contractual agreements.
Maintain existing client relationships to support retention and repeat business.
Resolve customer service issues in coordination with the operations team.
Prepare reports on the sales pipeline, revenue performance, and market trends.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and regional trends to support strategic decisions.
