Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for lift/elevator and garage door maintenance contracts
- Identify and approach property management companies, facility management companies, building owners, contractors, consultants, and developers
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), repair works, modernization projects, replacement solutions, and spare parts sales
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on customer requirements
- Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate contracts to secure business
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department regarding inspections, service requirements, and execution of awarded contracts
- Submit regular sales reports, customer visit reports, quotation status reports, and sales forecasts to the Maintenance Head
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Lift/Elevator Maintenance, Garage Door Systems, Facility Management, or related technical services
- Strong understanding of lift maintenance contracts, garage door systems, repair services, and modernization projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic, target driven, and customer focused Sales Executive to promote and sell Lift/Elevator Maintenance Contracts, Garage Door Maintenance Contracts, Repair Services, Modernization Works, and Spare Parts.
- The ideal candidate should have strong sales and business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a valid UAE driving license.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while coordinating closely with the Maintenance Department.
