About the Role
Majan Printing & Packaging is seeking a Sales Executive with experience in the printing and packaging industry to manage customer accounts in KSA. The role involves achieving sales targets, generating new customers, monitoring competitor activities, and handling customer complaints.

Responsibilities
- Achieve the target set for each of the customers assigned
- Generate/Introduce new customers
- Closely monitor customer activities
- Regular visits to customers to procure and maintain share of orders
- Follow up on payments and finished goods stock
- Handle customer complaints and recommend visits by QC manager
- Monitor competitor activities and provide information to managers
- Advise customers on new packaging trends and recommend visits by product development team
Requirements
- High School/Diploma/Graduate/degree holder
- 3+ years of sales experience handling customers in KSA
- Knowledge of the printing and packaging industry preferred
- KSA Driving License
- Fluency in English
- Working knowledge in Arabic is a plus

Responsibilities
- Achieve the target set for each of the customers assigned.
- Generate / Introduce new customers.
- Closely monitor the customer activities.
- Regular visits to the customers to procure and maintain the share of orders.
- Follow up on the payments and finished goods stock.
- Handling of customer complaints and recommend visits by QC manager.
- Advice visits by Business managers and divisional managers.
- Closely monitoring competitor activities and providing information to the managers.
- To work on taking corrective steps on the grievances of the customers.
- To work on getting share of promotions, new developments.
- Advising customers on new packaging trends and recommend visits by our product development and technical team.
- Be able to adjust and comprehend with additional tasks given by superiors.
Education and Experience
- High School/Diploma/Graduate / degree holder.
- 3+ years of exposure of having worked in sales and handled customers in KSA.
- Knowledge of the printing and packaging industry preferred.

- Communication Skills – Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. Fluency in English, working knowledge in Arabic a plus.
