Job Description
Sales role responsible for selling company products and managing assigned customer accounts.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
- Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers according to group channel guidelines.
- Provide feedback on competitor activity and suggest responses when needed.
- Prepare special order requests, including prices, designs, approvals, orders, and minimum order quantities.
- Prepare special production orders in full quantities and avoid unapproved warehouse stock.
- Collect invoices according to the company’s aging policy.
- Prepare documents for market-visit call cycles and business reviews.
- Maintain professional business relationships and revisit lost customers to regain business.
- Open new accounts in JDE or CRM with valid VAT, commercial registration, national address, and related documentation.
- Transfer accounts to the ECOM platform, train customers, and monitor performance.
- Identify potential customers, sell suitable product combinations, and close product gaps.
- Handle complaints, prepare QRAs, enter orders in JDE, and ensure product and pricing compliance.
Requirements
- Ability to manage customer accounts, orders, pricing, and required documentation using JDE or CRM systems.
- Ability to maintain professional business relationships and handle customer complaints.
