Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven IT Sales Professional to join our esteemed organization.
  • You will drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and cultivation of long term relationships.
  • Primary focus is identifying new business opportunities, developing customized solutions, and closing deals in the competitive IT market, with emphasis on the government sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
  • Research and target key decision makers and organizations to expand client base.
  • Drive lead generation through strategic cold calling, networking, and meetings.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for long term growth.
  • Oversee execution of sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage end to end client contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Lead pre tendering to tender submission including RFPs, PDCs, and product demos.
  • Ensure timely follow up on proposals and manage tendering relationships.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and coordinate with project teams.
  • Develop business plans and proposals aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with strong emphasis on IT industry in UAE (Dubai is a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, contract negotiations, and account management.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services including software, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and AI.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results oriented mindset with proven ability to exceed sales targets.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • In depth knowledge of business landscapes, regulatory environments, and client expectations, particularly in government sector.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 8,000 AED 10,000 per month.
