- Proactively identify new business opportunities and target key decision makers

- Manage end to end client contract negotiation process
- Lead pre tendering to tender submission including RFPs, PDCs, and product demos
- Maintain ongoing client communication and coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Develop comprehensive business plans and proposals
- Manage client accounts throughout sales cycle from order booking to payment collection
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations
- Represent company at seminars, conferences, and industry events
Requirements
- 3 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with strong emphasis on IT industry in UAE
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, contract negotiations, and account management
- Strong understanding of IT products and services including software, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and AI
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented mindset with proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred

Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven IT Sales Professional to join our esteemed organization.
- You will drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and cultivation of long term relationships.
- Primary focus is identifying new business opportunities, developing customized solutions, and closing deals in the competitive IT market, with emphasis on the government sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new business opportunities including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
- Research and target key decision makers and organizations to expand client base.
- Drive lead generation through strategic cold calling, networking, and meetings.
- Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for long term growth.
- Oversee execution of sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage end to end client contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Lead pre tendering to tender submission including RFPs, PDCs, and product demos.
- Ensure timely follow up on proposals and manage tendering relationships.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and coordinate with project teams.
- Develop business plans and proposals aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with strong emphasis on IT industry in UAE (Dubai is a plus).

- In depth knowledge of business landscapes, regulatory environments, and client expectations, particularly in government sector.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 8,000 AED 10,000 per month.
