- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, email, LinkedIn, and other business development activities
- Meet consultants, contractors, facility management companies, retail businesses, corporate clients, and government organizations
- Identify new project opportunities for interior fit out, maintenance, renovation, and building improvement works
- Schedule client meetings and present company services professionally
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations until project award
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Update all client interactions and opportunities in the company's CRM system
- Coordinate with estimation and operations teams for quotations and technical requirements
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and business development KPIs
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects
- Supplier registering with malls as listed contractors and government companies
- Payment collection and supporting cash flow with finance team
Requirements
- Experience in interior fit out or related field
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
