Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business opportunities for interior fit out, furniture, joinery, and kitchen projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, contractors, facility management companies, and end clients
- Identify and pursue project opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and direct sales activities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and project discussions
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare suitable proposals and solutions
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to successfully convert opportunities into awarded projects
- Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, and ongoing opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects within the UAE market
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development goals
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and business meetings
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit out, interior design, furniture, joinery, or kitchen sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Strong understanding of the UAE construction, fit out, furniture, and interior design market
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and secure projects
- Existing professional network with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, corporate clients, and property owners is highly preferred
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
