Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities
- Build a strong pipeline for manhole covers, ductile iron products, waterproofing, borehole services, and HVAC/MEP solutions
- Conduct field visits, cold outreach, and presentations
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders
- Negotiate terms in line with company guidelines
- Collaborate closely with technical, logistics, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and forecasts
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in infrastructure, building materials, MEP, or related construction sectors
- Strong hunter mindset and track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with civil infrastructure products and services such as manhole covers, drainage systems, waterproofing, geotechnical/borehole works, and HVAC/MEP solutions
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct site visits, technical discussions, and solution based selling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
- Comfort with using CRM tools, preparing sales reports, and managing a structured pipeline and forecast
- Valid driving license in Qatar (or eligibility to obtain one) and willingness to travel frequently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Executive role based in Al Wakrah, Qatar, focused on infrastructure and building materials in an aggressive hunter capacity.
- The Sales Executive will proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities, building a strong pipeline for manhole covers, ductile iron products, waterproofing, borehole services, and HVAC/MEP solutions.
- Responsibilities include conducting field visits, cold outreach, and presentations; preparing and following up on quotations and tenders; and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines.
- The role will collaborate closely with technical, logistics, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.
