Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive – Hotel Solutions role based in Dubai.

The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new hotel prospects, conduct outreach, and build a strong sales pipeline for Edition9’s AI solutions, with a focus on Aurelia.

This role will manage the full sales cycle, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

The Sales Executive will nurture relationships with hotel stakeholders, provide ongoing account support, and collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

The position also involves tracking sales metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records, and representing Edition9 at industry events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Lead Generation and Business Development skills to identify, qualify, and develop new hotel and hospitality opportunities.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Operations capabilities to manage the full sales cycle, forecasts, pipelines, and reporting.
  • Account Management experience to build long-term relationships, drive renewals, and expand adoption within existing hotel accounts.
  • Previous experience selling technology or hospitality solutions, ideally to hotels, is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
