About the Role
Suncoast, a division of GMG, is seeking a Sales Executive for Home to drive sales in the furniture or luxury retail industry. The role involves managing sales operations, visiting customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to sales forecast and strategic plan to ensure optimization and profitability of the Business Unit
- Provide sales forecasts and ensure brand/category function is informed for required actions
- Manage sales operations, monitor day to day operations including checks on prospective clients, negotiations and design of competitive sales packages
- Visit customers frequently to take orders, confirm delivery details and stock levels
- Record progress of enquiries and create regular reports including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales
- Promote the business to new and existing clients and secure new and repeat business by networking at sales and corporate events
- Advise customers on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, email, and networking; identify and develop new customer accounts
- Prepare documents related to sale and support contracting activities like purchase agreements, contracts in coordination with Legal department
- Maintain and file all related documents and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Provide customers with clarifications, answer queries, provide requested information and follow up with customers
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting on a periodic basis, discuss inefficiencies related to sales performance; prepare sales reports and summaries
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in furniture or luxury retail industry
- Must be flexible with working in different shifts and at various locations within Dubai
- Must be highly presentable
- High School Diploma

What you'll be doing
