Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, industrial, oil & gas, infrastructure, and related sectors
- Promote heavy equipment and generator rental services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and key decision makers
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rental agreements, and close sales deals
- Conduct regular customer visits and site inspections to identify rental requirements
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely equipment delivery and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment rental, construction equipment, generators, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of excavators, wheel loaders, generators, and rental business operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid driving license
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts
- Experience in equipment rental companies (preferred)
- Existing network within the construction and industrial sectors (preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting (preferred)
