Job Overview

  • We are looking for a driven Sales Executive – Healthcare IT to join our growing team in KSA.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales within ERP, EMR, HIS, or HMS solutions.
  • This is a field based sales role, requiring active client visits, meetings with decision makers, and strong relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in person visits and outdoor sales activities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision makers (Doctors, Admin Heads, IT Managers, Procurement teams)
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, pre sales engagement, product presentation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients and follow up on leads
  • Present and demonstrate Healthcare ERP / EMR / HIS / HMS solutions
  • Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM/reporting regularly
  • Collaborate with internal technical and presales teams for smooth execution

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience (mandatory)
  • Experience in Healthcare IT, ERP, EMR, HIS, or HMS sales preferred
  • Strong understanding of end to end sales cycle (pre sales to closing)
  • Must be comfortable with field sales / outdoor client meetings
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with senior decision makers
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and relationship building skills
  • Must be proactive, target driven, and self motivated
  • LMS or irrelevant sales experience will not be considered
