Responsibilities
- Conduct in person visits and outdoor sales activities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision makers (Doctors, Admin Heads, IT Managers, Procurement teams)
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, pre sales engagement, product presentation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients and follow up on leads
- Present and demonstrate Healthcare ERP / EMR / HIS / HMS solutions
- Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM/reporting regularly
- Collaborate with internal technical and presales teams for smooth execution
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience (mandatory)
- Experience in Healthcare IT, ERP, EMR, HIS, or HMS sales preferred
- Strong understanding of end to end sales cycle (pre sales to closing)
- Must be comfortable with field sales / outdoor client meetings
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with senior decision makers
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and relationship building skills
- Must be proactive, target driven, and self motivated

Job Overview
